Quinoa Pizza Crust
  • Prep: 10 minutes
  • Bake 25 minutes

  • 1 1/2 cups of BetterBody Foods Quinoa (cooked)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp BetterBody Foods Avocado Oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp gluten-free baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

  • Add cooked quinoa and mozzarella cheese to the egg mixture and mix well with a spoon until everything is well blended.
  • Spread the quinoa dough into a ¼ inch, even layer on the parchment paper into the desired shape.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese and desired toppings, bake for additional 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
