Being in charge of the health of multiple people can be tough, but it’s doable providing you get into healthy daily habits. If doing these things will mean making big changes to your lifestyle, then make one change at a time and ensure you have fully integrated it before moving on. It’s better to take your time and build lasting habits than to rush and feel overwhelmed, likely giving up when you make a small mistake.

Encouraging At Least 30 Minutes Of Physical Activity Each Day
Around 30 minutes of physical activity each day is going to do the world of good for your whole family. You can walk, run, swim, or create an obstacle course. It doesn’t matter, all that matters is you all get your heart rate up! The best sort of exercise is usually the kind you don’t realize you’re doing, especially for kids. Try to do spontaneous things throughout the day, too, such as walk short journeys instead of taking the car and 10 minute dance parties!

Setting An Example
You can encourage and tell your kids what’s right all you like, but setting an example is crucial. Your kids won’t listen if you don’t look after yourself. Make sure you watch the way you speak and how you act in front of them, as they are watching even if you think they’re not. Keeping Screen Time To A Minimum
Screen time can be very dangerous, and many parents find that the more time their children spend on screens, the more irritable and moody they are. Make sure you have a limit and set times for using screens so that things don’t get out of control. Being outside can do wonders for bringing your family closer and managing stress. Try to get out for a walk, even just some fresh air whenever you can!
