Peppa’s class is putting on a Christmas play. Will Santa arrive in time to see the show?
Everyone in Peppa’s class is excited about the Christmas play. Wendy Wolf is going to be an elf, Peppa will be a Christmas fairy, and Suzy Sheep is going to be the Christmas nurse — just in case someone gets sick. Peppa knows Santa is very busy, but she still hopes he’ll come to watch the play. He said he would! Could a Christmas surprise be in store for Peppa and her friends?
REVIEW
Peppa Pig and the Christmas Play offers a cute story that is perfect to read to your little ones while they are patiently (not really) waiting for Christmas to arrive. This story brings to life all of Peppa Pig’s characters while adding some holiday cheer. I love that throughout the book the kids are excited about their play but are looking forward and hoping that Santa will arrive to see it. In Peppa Pig nature, she keeps insisting that Santa will be there to watch their play even though Madame Gazelle says Santa is a very busy man. My little girl noticed immediately that Santa was not an animal like all the other Peppa Pig characters. By the end of the story you learn what the importance of a promise is, which makes this story truly magical.
The jacket cover of the book comes off and is a cute poster that your little one can color. Such a fun extra. My little girl loved this book and now for the exciting part! One lucky winner will have the chance to win their very own copy of ‘Peppa Pig and the Christmas Play’.
