PurpleTrail Planner {Review}

If you are anything like me, your daily schedule can be hard to keep up with. Unless, you are jotting everything down on a calendar, planner, or your phone, it is impossible to stay organized. When it comes to my everyday life, whether it is the kids or myself, I put it all in my phone. This helps me remember all of the upcoming appointments, and trust me, with a family of 5 I have a lot of things to schedule. Phones are great, but I personally prefer a planner. I would rather see my reminders written in front of me that have to thumb through different screens.

Recently, I had the chance to work with Purple Trail on a review. They offer a variety of custom products from invitations, cards, announcements, stationery, as well as a huge assortment of planners to cover any organization need. I had the privilege to review a content planner for my blog that has everything you can imagine to help keep a blog organized. There are tons of planner options; weekly/life, daily, monthly, teacher, student, mom, wedding, meal, and more. They come in an assortment of styles and sizes as well. Plus, you get to personalize your planner which makes it even more unique to you.

During my review, I decided on the Modern Geometric Triangle Content Planner which is offered in two sizes: 8.5 x 11 and 6 x 8. You can also choose the style of cover it comes with. I decided on the 6 x 8 with a synthetic cover and a frosting sheet, it is coil bound. Upon receiving the content planner, I immediately noticed that it was a high-quality planner that I would be working with.
I went with the frost sheet cover to protect my front pages from the elements of me carrying it in my purse at times. I chose the size for convenience and portability. You never know when I will decide on something that I want to share on my blog. If a good idea pops into my head, I love that I can immediately write it down so I won’t forget about it.

The front cover has the name of my blog on it along with the years, as it is a two-year planner. Each month has tabs, which allow you to easily find the month you are searching for. When you get to the month you want, it breaks down into different sections: monthly goals, monthly theme, blog stats, and social stats. I love that I can easily track all of my stats and goals in one place. Plus, I can take a convenient look back at previous months to see my growth.

You then have the typical two pages that look like a calendar. Then you get an area for each day Monday-Sunday, with social icons at the bottom of each day. This allows me to easily write what I want to do for the day on the calendar, and follow up with more details on the daily page.

I have had planners in the past but none that match the quality of this planner. The paper is top notch, you don’t see any pen bleeds through the paper. This is very important to me. The coil binding is great too! I can easily write on my pages without the paper creasing up on me. The pages lay flat and I can easily fold and unfold the planner. I am very excited to have this planner as it is a gift that keeps on giving. With the level of quality, I know it will easily last the two years it is going to help me through. I am very pleased and happy to have had the opportunity to work with Purple Trail on their amazing planners.
