My little girl has had a blast playing the card game Bunny Eats from Home Learning Company. This game is great for little ones to learn or practice their colors along with matching skills. The great thing about this game is that it doesn’t require reading. During the game, you help Benji collect food items for his lunch. Simply hand out five cards to each player and you don’t have to worry about a drawing card pile. You work only with the 5 cards that are dealt out to each player.

All you do is flip over one basket card at a time. It is a color matching scheme, for example, if you flip over the green basket simply discard all of the green food items in your hand to the side. Once that basket is filled with everyone’s green items move onto the next basket card and so on. The first to run out of cards wins the game. There are a set of four cards with colored carrots for the moments when the game is tied.

The game is very fast-paced. Perfect for little ones who can’t sit still for a long time and get bored easily. This is also a great game to carry with you in your purse to take to appointments, errands, out to eat and more. A great little speed game to turn those boring moments of waiting into a fun brain exercise.
