Funkins Lunch Bags, Napkins & Placemats: Bright, Reusable and Eco-friendly {Review}

My kids are picky eaters, so it is no surprise that they are not huge fans of school lunches, they would much rather bring their own lunch from home. The kids tend to eat all of their food from a lunchbox during school days. I like to offer them lunch bags/boxes that are unique, stylish and will make lunch a better experience. Funkins was kind enough to send me a lunch bag, napkins, and placemats, they were perfect for my little girl’s lunches at school.

Funkins Lunch Bags keep food fresh, cool, and ready to go, they are perfect for school lunches! Each bag is designed with interior patterns, soft handles, durable zippers, reinforced seams, interior labels, and a convenient interior pocket. You can also rest assured that each lunch bag is free of harmful chemicals including lead, phthalate, PVCs, and BPAs.

Funkins also offer a selection of bright, reusable, and eco-friendly cloth napkins and placemats designed specifically for kids. These are waste-free and perfectly-sized for lunch boxes and are a great addition to snack time, picnics in the parks, or traveling. Fashionable Funkins are 100% cotton, super soft, durable, and washable napkins and placemats that fit perfectly into little laps or tables.  They help protect kids from unknown germs and dirty tables, all while reducing waste!

The FUNKINS Insulated Lunch Bag is the Butterfly Garden ($19.95) theme and is super-cute. I am very impressed with how well the insulation works at keeping food cool or warm depending on what you prepare for lunch. My favorite thing about this lunch bag is how roomy it is. It is the perfect size to be used with plastic containers for your food instead of baggies. Plus, you can easily put all the food for lunch and a thermos inside, and still have plenty of room to spare.

The lunch bag is also washable which is an amazing feature. Kids tend to spill things or wipe their hands on the bags and they can get really nasty in a hurry. When that happens with this lunch bag, it is no problem. You can easily machine wash the lunch bag on gentle cycle and let it air dry. The quality is top notch, you can easily see that the materials and stitching will last for some time. The bag zips up easily, which is nice for little ones. My little girl loves the pink and butterfly design. She also loves that she can now use her sandwich container because of the roomy interior.

FUNKINS Reusable Cloth Napkins Set of 4, Butterfly Garden ($14.95) makes this set complete. Traditional napkins are something I have always sent to school but they are NOT soft, durable, and do very little when faced with a messy eater. These cloth napkins excel in all areas that traditional napkins fall short. They are durable, yet soft on the skin. They are the perfect size to clean messes and are reusable, which will save money over the life of the product.

The FUNKINS Reusable Cloth Placemats in the style Butterfly Garden ($16.95) is great for keeping your kids food off the tables at school. These placemats are two-ply which offers an extra layer of protection. Before the placemat, I would send my little girl a napkin to unfold on the table. Unfortunately, they were thin throwaway napkins that didn't do much to protect from germs and bacteria on the tables. These placemats are super cute, offer real protection, are the perfect size for a meal, and are washable.

All of these items I received from Funkins are made of great quality materials. They are very durable, stylish, eco-friendly, and smart because you will save money. My little girl really loves her new lunchtime accessories!
