Everyone in my family loves Peanut Butter. You can do so many things with it. Maybe you like peanut butter sandwiches, peanut butter cookies, or maybe you like to make a smoothie or milkshake with peanut butter. It happens to be one of those ingredients that many recipes are centered around, and it can also add flavor and depth to food. It truly is versatile. Unfortunately, peanut butter can be high in fats, calories, and carbohydrates. This is one reason I am so happy to share a healthier alternative to peanut butter with you. PBFit Peanut Butter Powder offers what you are looking for in peanut butter, it is healthy and it tastes GREAT!

During my review opportunity to work with PB Fit I received their Original Peanut Butter Powder and Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder. It is very easy to prepare PB Fit peanut butter.  All you have to do to make a smooth and creamy sandwich-ready spread is add two tablespoons of powder and one-and-a-half tablespoons of water, mix, and Viola! 

The original peanut butter powder is what you expect when eating peanut butter. With this, you do get more of a peanut taste and a lot less oily texture. It is very smooth and rich, but not overwhelming in peanut flavor. I was also very excited to try the chocolate peanut butter. The texture is very smooth and less oily just like the other flavor. It does have a chocolate peanut butter flavor. It is perfect for pancakes, milkshakes, and cookies. I love how it offers the best of both flavors together in one bite; chocolate and peanut butter. 

I also love how easy it is to add the peanut butter powder to deserts, pancakes, smoothies and more. Simply add the powder in and mix. If your primary use for peanut butter is in the oven, you especially should consider the benefit of how much EASIER it is to bake within certain recipes. It blends easier due to its dry powder form.
