During the summer months, my family really seems to go through a lot more
mayonnaise than usual. Whether it is for a simple sandwich, or used in a recipe
to take to a cookout, Mayo is always on the menu. The only snag with this fact
is that there are a few family members and friends who have special diet

adds a third dimension to the summer dishes I make, making them different and
