Oven Roasted Potatoes: Recipe

My whole family loves potatoes. No matter how they are cooked, they are a must-have ingredient for almost every dinner that I prepare. I want to share one of our favorite potato dishes with you that is a huge hit in our home. I prepare this dish frequently for family functions as my ‘bring a dish’ and it is always a huge hit. If you prefer, you can make this dish with red potatoes which taste just as great. I hope you love this potato dish as much as we do. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 4 T. butter (melted)
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 pounds potatoes

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 Hour
Total Time: 1Hour 10minutes
