Singing Machine Karaoke System Review

My kids and I are always looking for something fun to do together. Whether it is building a puzzle, playing a game, doing a craft, walking or listening to music. When it comes to music we have a huge range of styles of music that we like. One minute we can be listening to Keith Urban to Taylor Swift or I Prevail. If a song has a good beat and it is something we can really get lost in, we love it.

Now we can listen to our music and sing along to our favorite songs with the Singing Machine. However the biggest singer in the house would have to be my youngest, she is always singing and dancing.

There are so many great features that I like about the Singing Machine. The flashing Disco Lights are awesome! They really light up the room and work really well. The flashing lights are around the volume knob and around the speakers. There is a sliding bar that allows you to turn the lights to the brightest setting or you can dim them and even turn them off. My family loves the brightest setting.

There is a top loading CD player that works very well, however we choose to use the Bluetooth option. It is really easy to pair with other devices that have our music. We can also connect our cell phone to the karaoke machine if we want. However, with the Bluetooth option working so well, that is all we need.

It does only come with one microphone but there are two jacks offered. Each microphone has the option for their own volume control. Luckily, we had a microphone from a previous karaoke machine and it worked with no problems.  You are also able to add in balance and echo. I am very impressed with the sound quality and the speaker quality. Everything sounds very clean and clear.

I love how I can connect the karaoke machine right to the TV and it displays the lyrics right onto the screen when using a **CDG**. This is awesome especially for the older ones who can read. My youngest don’t use this function really yet. The lyrics on the screen and the song are in sync, huge PLUS!

The family is really loving the karaoke machine and I can’t wait to see all the memories we can make with it. From Birthday parties, New Year’s, sleep overs and more!

You can host a dance party with the Singing Machine Karaoke system, which features a top loading CD player and also offers Bluetooth audio streaming. LED disco lights with dimmer settings let you control the party ambiance. Bluetooth or auxiliary input lets you connect to other audio devices. RCA output jacks connect to your TV to scroll the lyrics, and the two microphone jacks allow you to sing a duet without sharing a microphone (one microphone included). The built-in speaker provides a powerful sound that will sure make the party the best on the block.

**CDG: An acronym for Compact Disc plus Graphics, this is a regular CD with information stored on a data track simultaneous to music. In laymen's terms, CDG has a video output for simple graphics (not full motion video). In the case of karaoke, the graphics function is used to store song lyrics, and display the lyrics in synch with the music. In most cases, CDG software displays lyrics, which change color as they are to be sung. A regular television is all that is required to display CDG lyrics.**
