I love animated movies. Anything that can capture my kids attention for more than a moment is really  a big help. That is why I was excited to find out that the Nut Job was coming to our home. The movie is a fun take on heisting and survival that is friendly and charming enough to keep the attention of small children until its end.

The animals are hilarious and voiced by an all-star cast with a lot of voice experience between them. The animation of the characters in the movie is really top-notch. I could basically tell just from watching the trailer, but it is obvious that someone has been working really hard in the animations department and it is really paying off. The progression of the movie was fast-paced, one high-powered scene often seeming to burst into the next.

Older children will likely be drawn in by the film’s charm. I believe that most older kids will see this movie through, although it has especially huge appeal for younger kids. This movie is cleverly scripted and very high quality. Pick up the Nut Job today and share the fun with your entire family.
