Getting Into Your Gym Grind

Below are some tips for staying beautiful at the gym since New Year resolution time is just around the corner! Whether you are going for long runs, attending yoga class or starting up an intense spin class, these tips will keep you looking your best.

The other day, Edward Tricomi, of Warren-Tricomi Salons shared a really fun tip for maintaining your blowout after a workout. Simply cut up a pair of black, opaque stockings and turn them into a make-shift headband and then use the remaining pieces to tie my hair into a ponytail. It is genius since the material doesn’t leave indentation marks and absorbs perspiration at the hairline. Just an example of some of the tips he has up his sleeve!
