When I was in school I was not the cheerleader type. Not that I didn't want to be I just was never good at the flips and twists in the air. I do however think you have to have a lot of body strength and a lot of coordination to become a cheerleader. When I was sent the Train2Cheer dvd my little girl and I had a blast doing this together.

The TRAIN2cheer workout DVD is a cutting edge workout routine designed to increase your cardio and build strength from head to toe. From the opening credits to the final track, that includes workout music by the Black Eyed Peas, viewers will follow the infectious excitement generated by Stacey. This workout routine keeps viewers motivated and energized as Stacey leads the viewers through aerobic exercise routines to the best workout music of Miley Cyrus, Jordin Sparks, RuPaul and The Black Eyed Peas. The viewer will want to see what is coming next and know that whatever it is, he or she will be ready for it.

The Train2cheer video is a new type of workout that was designed for cheerleaders and dancers, as a way to improve fitness and keep them at the top of their games.

The video is 45 minutes long, the workout switches back and forth from high to low impact exercises, the results of which can be felt immediately. I used to choreograph cheer routines at my school. I love these workouts, and they can be used by anyone looking to improve their endurance, stamina, and overall cardio health. The music and the changing routines are perfectly suited for one another. The energy level is high throughout the workout, which really helps you maintain a high level of motivation.

This is a fun workout and excellent program. I found myself truly enjoying the different routines and was actually smiling as I felt the petty stresses of life washed away by this workout.

This would be a great watch for a cheer squad or dance hall. I am neither a cheerleader nor dancer, but I am a mom that appreciates staying healthy. I also value a good workout that doesn’t require me to spend $100.00’s on equipment. I loved this video and recommend it to anyone who is serious about stepping up their game, whatever that game may be.

About the person behind the video: Stacey DelPreore Owner / Head Instructor has been involved in both the personal fitness industry and cheerleading for the past 15 years.  As a cheerleading captain and flyer at Sacred Heart University, Stacey led her team to a National ranking, the first time in school history. Stacey was a member of the UCA staff for 10 years. She has also coached high school and all-star teams in the New York and Connecticut area, judged numerous cheerleading competitions, and choreographed routines for many teams. As a personal trainer and certified group exercise instructor, she has gained extensive knowledge in cardio and strength training, stability and core, plyometric training and nutrition. Stacey has been involved in cutting edge cardio endurance training and is at the forefront of her industry.
