I have had this product for a couple of weeks now and it is still going strong with the initial charge. My hubby and I have had several different wine openers, but nothing as nice as this opener. This would have to be the nicest we have ever used or had. The opener as a whole has a lot of amazing features and works so well. The cutter works perfectly, just as I would want one to work. I haven't had any issues with the cutter, must cutters I have had usually just don't cut right or simply dull after a few uses. After using the cutter I just pushed the bottle opener down onto the cork. There is a button that has up and down. The push down button removes the cork then the up button releases the cork. Super easy. I love how the opener has a really contoured shape which allows me to easily keep a hold of it. Plus, it stands on end with ease. Not once has it fell over, which is really nice as I don't have to worry about a base taking up extra space on my counter.

There is a blue light that illuminates from the opener which is really pretty. With the red, chrome and blue light this product offers a really modern stylish appeal to it. For anyone that is looking for a wine opener that offers everything, works great and looks stylish, this is the one I would recommend.
