#77 humanecats

If you ever wanted to find a bar that has all the benefits in it; protein, fiber, is a snack bar, an energy bar, even nutritional bar. Well, with the opportunity to the GoodOnYa Bar I was able to experiences a bar that offers all of these amazing benefits and well tastes great too.

Some information about the company: GoodOnYa was founded in 2001 after Kris Fillat played field hockey for the US National Team for 11 years. As an Olympic athlete healthy food was obviously a big part of life. GoodOnYa was  started with just one store, and with the help and support of many people along the way have ended up with 3 locations. The GoodOnYa bar is a natural extension of the deli. This nutrition bar is unlike any other on the market. Their motto is “Every Ingredient Matters” because every single thing that goes into each organic nutrition bar has a nutritional purpose. There are no fillers. Their bar weighs 57g, and when you see one you will notice the size. There are bars out there that are 3x as big and weigh 40g. It is a protein bar, a fiber bar, a snack bar, an energy bar, a nutrition bar. It’s food!

Wallie Exercies Children's Book Review

Reading books in our home is a fun family activity we do together all the time. With our 7 year old reading so well she is really into being the big sister who reads to her little brother. So, when we had the chance to review Wallie Exercises my kids were so happy and with there being a dog it was even better.

About the book:
Wallie is mostly a wonderful dog, but his super-laziness has become a problem. So his boy convinces him to go on an adventure to get fit. With a little help from a big friend, Wallie learns how to exercise. Will he enjoy the change from pudgy pup to healthy hound or will he return to his lazy ways? Learn important fitness concepts while following Wallie on his hilarious journey to get in shape. A special section with more information and original exercises (performed by Wallie) will get every kid (and pup) excited about exercise.
