The PlasmaCar is I personally think built to last, rugged and durable for kids to have a blast on. It is made with high quality ABS Plastics. The PlasmaCar is such a simple yet innovative concept when it comes to a ride on toy. The PlasmaCar has six wheels, a seat, steering wheel and also footrests. Yes, as you have read no pedals or gears are used to opporate. Also another great thing no batteries are needed. The PlasmaCar comes in variety of colors: blue, green, purple, pink, and red. I love the look to it as it is sleek and aerodynamic, just like a racecar. The PlasmaCar goes at a great speed, nothing super fast but not super slow either.
When we first received the package hubby started right away at putting it together. While he was doing that I started on dinner. Since, of course I thought it was going to take a while to put it together. Well within 10 minutes or less he came to the kitchen and told me he was done. It didn't take him no time at all and said that I could have put it together without any issues myself.
After dinner I decided to surprise the kids with the PlasmaCar. Boy, did they go crazy. I did have a little fighting which is pretty normal with siblings lol. I let Conner go first since, I felt this toy was more for him. Then I let my little girl try it out as well.
Both of my kids were equally excited over the PlasmaCar. My daughter didn't take long on figuring out how to use it. With her being seven ,I knew she would understand the concept much easier then my four year old. She went right to keeping her feet up on the footrests and just turning the steering wheel.
With Conner it took a little longer he just couldn't get past the idea of not using your feet to push with. But, once he seen his sister he got the idea. I couldn't believe how much fun they had. Plus, I was really impressed with how well the PlasmaCar glided on the floor. It is super smooth and also steers with ease.
I love the fact that this can hold up to 220 pounds not sure if I would put that much on it personally. But, I weight around 95 pounds, so I tried it out myself. OK, I know this is a kids toy but I wanted to test it, to see if it could hold my weight. It had no problems at all.
This is such a great toy and I think presonally a lot of little ones would find this to be super fun. This would make such a great Christmas gift and Birthday gift for a little boy or girl.
